Mô tả công việc
Starting: ASAP – 31. August 2020 with possible extension
Main responsibilities:
▪ safely and responsibly performing all official travel using official vehicles
▪ regularly servicing and looking after official vehicles
▪ taking account of all available information on road conditions, accessible routes and locations
▪ Runs errands for the project, programme or office, e.g. sending letters and messages, paying bills and buying smaller quantities of office supplies
▪ assisting with other office work
Main activities during the internship:
• • Assistance in maintaining and updating bilingual websites (English and Vietnamese) and social media (Facebook pages):

• Assistance in arranging and updating PR & Comms library on ESP’s common folder.
• Assistance in communications related tasks in workshops and events;
• Assistance in the preparation and production of communications materials such as fact files, success stories, videos, promotional items and others;
• Researching, collecting and preparing relevant data for communications work;
• Assistance in translation of communications materials when needed;
• Assistance in monitoring and press clipping of print and online media for ESP-organised events;
• Assistance in designing communications materials when needed;
• Other tasks as assigned by the PR and Communications Officer(s) or other staff involved in the communication work of the office.

Minimum requirements
▪ secondary school education
▪ holds a valid driver’s licence
▪ at least 3 years’ work experience as a driver with references
▪ no major accidents in the past 3 years
• Dynamic, reliable, self-motivated, service-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Willingness to upgrade skills as required by the tasks to be performed
