Driver Engagement Manager

● Manage driver experience, driver benefits and driver communities;
● Achieve responsible part of KPI for Churn & BCR
● Plan driver engagement projects and timeline to meet KPI
● Manage driver engagement execution end to end by managing and supporting function supervisors
● Collaborate with BI to maintain database/records of program participation and conversion, to understand impacts of program interactions to driver engagement and quickly improve/iterate process

● At least a Bachelor Degree
● 3 years minimum working in logistics/transportation/management consulting
● Passion for Go-Viet mission and the company's community and social impact driven nature
● Able to structure terms and conditions for a partnership and drive it to completion
● Propose initiatives to strengthen key relationships with key stakeholders in driver engagement, be it driver influencers or driver benefit partners
● Report result of engagement activities to upper management and make recommendations
● Analytical, projective, effective at problem solving
● Never hesitate to roll up sleeves and pursue something hands-on
