Driver Benefit Manager

Job Brief:
This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to drive Go-Viet’s operations and programs with a focus on driver engagement as well as loyalty in our international markets.
As a Driver Benefit Manager, you will need to rely on your analytical, interpersonal, and business management skills. You will be collaborating across diverse internal stakeholders and external partners so it is essential that you command strong communication skills. Leveraging business intelligence data, regional insights and your creativity, you can contribute to programs that really matter to drivers. Responsibilities:
- Identify trendsetter ideas, locate or proposes potential business deals that are beneficial to drivers’ life including but not limited to earning protection, health protection, vehicle expense, telco.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Work with partners and cross functional teams on communication and execution plan to ensure smooth operations
- Track/evaluate progress and effectiveness of each project to propose improvement solution

- Partnership experience: Strong presentation, writing and negotiation skills, including the ability to elaborate partnership project and grant proposals
- Resourceful: You won’t be able to rely on existing knowledge bases. You should be comfortable with piecing together information from various sources and creating a coherent narrative.
- Strong communication: You will deal with stakeholders with different communication styles. You should be able to use any channel required (face-to-face, email, Whatsapp!) to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving: Fluency with numbers is a plus. You need to have an ease with data analytics and technical resources to support your hypotheses.
- Language: Fluency in business-level English
