Mô tả công việc
- Manage expansion team in searching and developing new Partners network.
- Leading subordinate for approaching new partners
- Manage the updating and maintaining Partner contract database.
- Review contract annually and propose new terms for appropriately in market.
- Updating and issuing contract amendments and formatting contract documents
- Dealing contract terms with partners for DOP network
- Align with subordinates in scheduling to train new stations: Process, equipment
- Manage and set up new KPI for partnership performance.
- Receiving Sellers complaints from PSC& CS to work with DOP partners. Maintaining good SX
- Receiving Partners complaints/difficulties to work with related teams. Maintaining good PX
- Gather all the info via Hotline. Report and propose action plans to resolve
- Working with related PICs (PSC, KAM, DO…) to promote DOP network
- Working with PSC to allocate Sellers from high density stations to others
- Sending request to PSC to remind Sellers which not follow DOP rules
- Building the complete document: Included all DOP processes from front to end & FAQs
- Promoting training document: Public document in suitable places so DOP partners can easily check for refresh training at anytime
- Call channel: Building a hotline phone which worked 24/7 and recordable
- Chat channel: Building standard chat channels for communication between LEX Routes vs all partners
- Building a tracker to record all info from all communication channels (From Sellers & DOP partners). Analyse and propose action plan

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of working experience in Delivery/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics. Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism
- Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations
- Self-motivated and empower others to achieve objectives and to develop a culture where employees feel ownership in what they do, attract, develop, and retain good people; allow opportunities for self and others to reach their full potential.
- Three years or more working experience in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations including supervisory experience managing people.
- Diploma required to qualify
