[Đồng Nai] Facility Technician

I. Business
- Daily operating, checking to ensure that facility equipment (WWTP, Air Compressors, HVAC system, air scrubber, electrical system, firefighting, fire alarm, CCTV, Buildings and construction maintenance work, forklift truck etc.) are in good condition
- Carry out preventive maintenance as master plan
- Troubleshooting, repair machines when they are broken-down
- Strictly perform shift hand over to ensure all status of machine updated
- Daily collect data, including electricity, steam and water consumptions, perform top loss analyse and update in DDS meeting.
- Daily working with the contractor to carry out the services for facility equipment, co-ordinate with contractor to do corrective and preventive action in effective way
- Propose for necessary fast moving and insurance spares need to be stocked for equipment/system consumption, identify obsolete part then propose for the replacement/upgrade
- Support facility equipment installation/technical projects
- Responsible for safety at their machine
o Check and ensure all interlocks, detectors, sensors, safety switches, machine guards and stop buttons are in good working condition.
o Conduct safety observation to detect defect or unsafe condition and report to fix it.

- Leadership
• Propose & get buy-in from line manager for self-develop plan to enhance both technical skills for all machines/equipment at Engineering area and leadership capability
• Working with cross-functional teams and third parties on Engineering tasks and projects
• Acquired experience from technical projects
• Improve self-confident from working with factory management.
- Management
• Maintain a good housekeeping in assigned working area and equipment at required level.
• Strictly follow safety regulations and safety programs of company to ensure zero accident.
• Comply with and implement required tasks to follow up environment policy of company.
- Relationships
• Internal: Maintain good & effective working relationship within company and build good relationship with SMD/PQL team.
• External: Build good relationship with OEM/contractor/Supplier.
- Innovation
• Propose and get buy in from Line Manager to improve machine working performance, lower operating consumption and safety environment
• Seek and implement innovative ideas from other teams for improvement

I. Minimum Education, Training and Experience:
• Possess Degree from College/Bachelor degree of in HVAC Field is preferred/Electrical/mechanical with at least 01 year of experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with facility system i.e. WWTP, compressed air, air conditioning, electrical, boiler and steam distribution, etc.
• Able to work with Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software application is an added advantage
• Experience in the Manufacture Operation is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and writing is an added advantage

II. Skills & Specialization:
• Ability to work well and build effective relationship with colleagues & external/counterparts
• Able to work as a team also willing accept to work under intense pressure.
• Good understanding of TPM principle and 5S practice
• Good understanding of EHS
