[Dong Nai] Admin Manager (Japanese N2)

- Running all activities about Administration functions in the factory
- Checking, supervising, operating security guards, admin suppliers, catering suppliers, company cars and drivers,… to ensure that everything is going smoothly.
- In charge of Health for all factory
- Ensure office supplies are restocked on a timely basis.
- Approve payment request for all relevant expense
- In charge of labor contract, payroll, personal income tax matters, all kinds of insurance, welfare, benefits for staff within the organization according to the group strategy & Vietnam labor law
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination
- Building organizational structure and job description recruiting and Make sure enough employees for production division

- Have working experience in manufacturing
- Have relevant experience as manager level
- language skill Japanese (Equivalent N2 level)
- Excellent leadership skill and strong management skill.
- Good knowledge about Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Good understanding of current Vietnamese policy relating to social and health and unemployment insurance.
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
