- Collect info from customers, update data of Bill on system.
- Send CA & CIS file to POD.
- Contact business staffs for booking and relating charges.
- Contact cashier issuing Bill and Telex release.
- Receiving shipping instruction from customers and making Bill.
- Coordinating with other staffs and concerned oversea agents to arrange documentation procedures smoothly.
- The job descriptions may be changed as the company actual requirement.
- More details will be discussed during interview.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field for documentation
- Preferred Fresh Graduate; age from 22 to 26 is offered;
- Job rotation is offered
- Fluency in English
- Good cross functional and cross cultural communication skills
- Team work, honest, sociable, and have a sense of responsibility; polite attitude;
- Able to work under high pressure and can work overtime
