Mô tả công việc
1. Inbound:
• Follow up all inbound email (customer, Oversea agent).
• Receive shipping advice/pre alert docs or handling instruction of new shipment from Sales Team, Oversea agent.
• Request agent to provide pre-alert right after ETD or least 1-2 days before ETA and checking docs.
• Follow up MANIFEST/ARRIVAL NOTICE /D.O/PAYMENT,… with carrier & customer.
• Complete file and pass to Accounting dept for payment/invoice/closing shipment.
• Solve problem if any.
• Weekly report P/L to Manager.
2. Outbound:
• Follow up all inbound email (customer, Oversea agent).
• Place booking form carrier online/email.
• Follow up deadline SI & VGM submit.
• Issue B/L, debit / credit ,…
• Send shipping advice/pre alert to Oversea agent.
• Complete file and pass to Accounting dept for payment/invoice/closing shipment.
• Solve problem if any.
• Weekly report P/L to Manager.
