Strict meeting of time frame for manifest declaration according to different countries
Input data of shipping document, PL & CI to F-LOGIS (our internal freight forwarding system) correctly & fast
Good skills of correct typewrite on F-LOGIS
Avoiding of postponed document process due to late typewrite
Meeting of time frame for documentation creation and submission to HQ in Korea
Preparation of documentation and necessary paperwork for HOUSE B/L & MASTER B/L
Correspondence with Korean staff regarding

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Not necessary)
2~3 years of experience regarding Documentation Management
Fluent in English (at least intermediate level is a MUST)
Being able to speak Korean is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under fast-paced working environment
