Mô tả công việc
1. Engineering change request (ECR) management
- ECR key person in plant, counter person for International Production Network (IPN)
- Responsible for engineering change management future in plant
- Key performance indicators (KPI)/ Key performance results (KPR) management for ECR
2. Engineering Changes at Bosch-A trainer
- TQ-055 trainer inside / outside HcP according to agreement with HRL and BTC
3. Maintain documentation
- Proxy Document representative in plant
- Support document control in plant and IPN
4. Document Archiving
- Proxy of Document Archiving responsible in plant
- ECR key person in plant, counter person for International Production Network (IPN)
- Responsible for engineering change management future in plant
- Key performance indicators (KPI)/ Key performance results (KPR) management for ECR
2. Engineering Changes at Bosch-A trainer
- TQ-055 trainer inside / outside HcP according to agreement with HRL and BTC

- Proxy Document representative in plant
- Support document control in plant and IPN

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Engineering degree
- Good English/Vietnamese communication/writing
- Experience to manage/create ECR, document
- Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail (Analytical thinking, error free reporting )
- Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn (Learning quickly, deliverables on time)
- Moderation and Public speaking skill (Training skill, good communication with all parties)
- Result and cost orientation (cost awareness, budget tracking, result orientated)
- Working in a team/ Leading skill
- Good English/Vietnamese communication/writing
