Document Staff – Sea/ocean

o Receive orders/information from customers.
o Check schedules, rates, possible choice of carrier, space, booking
o Cooperate with related sections for Sales Support/Project analysis and development/operation and procedure setup
o Coordinate with vendors, oversea agents for transport arrangement
o Communication with Oversea Agent/Branch, Customer, Carrier, Shipping Lines..
o Make/check/confirm debit notes
o Input shipment data into company system and make payment documents to invoice to customer
o Make S/I, check and confirm B/L
o Shipment status monitoring and report
o Checking and sending Pre-alert

o CV in English with photo
o Good in English
o 01- 02 years of experience in Ocean Export/Import operation
o Experience in Ocean Export/ Import in US and EU market is an advantage
o Good collaboration and multitasking skills
o Honest, active, high discipline
o Good at planning/organizing and time management
o Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power-point)
o Good communication skills
o Who works in long-term
o Prefer male candidates
