Mô tả công việc
1/ Receive the shipping instructions (SI) in mailbox and systems sent directly
from customers, and check if any data missed
2/ Pushing shipper to provide SI
3/ Create B/L in IRIS2/4, input all BL image information according to customer’s SI
4/ Create new customer profile in system if needed
5/ Issue and send pro-forma B/L to customer for verification via system/Email
6/ Amend B/L as per revised SI or amendment notice
7/ Calculate BL freight by auto rating and add local charge if needed
8/ According to customer's request amend freight upon approval
9/ Submit VN customs, AMS, ENS
10/ Make loading list & remind customer to submit SI/VGM as per deadline.
Fulfil loading list for OPS providing terminal
11/ Compare data with loading list after vessel departed, make sure all containers
in BL are matched and loaded on board
12/ Ensure B/L data is correct and change B/L status to B/L ready
13/ Print & Issue Original. B/L, Certificate
14/ Collect & manage LOI: SWB, telex release, COD, Return shipment, Re-export, low temp of RF container…
14/ Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements.
15/ Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. College/ Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade, USSH, UFM
2. Good command of written/ spoken English, Chinese language is plus
3. Working in shipping line/ freight forwarding will be an advantage.
4. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
5. Good communication skill, customer focused, teamwork and able to work under pressure
6. Not over 27 years old
