Mô tả công việc
1. Documentation handling:
Follow up all import & export sea/air shipments included in:
- Receiving booking information, get booking confirmation and arranging the best stuffing date for customers
- Contact with 3PL provider for arranging trucking, customer clearance on time
- Issue HBL, AWB, D/O, A/N, D/N, send pre-alert to over-sea, make C/O for shipment, phyto,..and submit SI for co-loader, shipping line,..
- Submit E-Manifest for import sea shipments and file AMS for export air shipments.
- Keep closed contact with customers / oversea for shipment status updating and problem solving
- Answer oversea inquiries and daily correspondences for shipment status and solutions
- Work closely with local agents, shipping lines, airlines, brokers for proper cargo operation, customs clearance procedure, delivery…
2. Report:
- Co-ordinate with accounting to issue the invoices to shipper/consignee or oversea offices
- Daily tracing/check with forwarders, airlines, agents on export/import cargo status & update to customers, oversea agent.
- Other tasks as assigned by branch manager.
