Mô tả công việc
• To set up filling (soft and hard copies) of documents used on defined projects following requirement/guidance from VWS VN LLC and specific requirements from project, these documents mainly include but not limited:
+ Correspondence between partners of consortium, suppliers, subcontractors, engineer, Employer and others
+ Drawings exchanged with suppliers, contractors, partners, Engineer, employer
+ Minutes of meeting/inspection of all kinds
• To check/file all documents needed for transportation, payment of all kinds (suppliers, subcontractors, Employer)
• To translate documents when necessary
• To liaise with Quality in charge to make sure we are in line with quality management system
