Reports to: Singapore CEI Document Control Senior Engineer
Responsible for: N/A
Purposes: Create Part data and Bill of Material
Functions:
1. Specify component package per machine requirement for material purchase and production.
2. Create part data according to standard description.
3. Understand customer’s BOM and create into in- house BOM for material purchase and for production of Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
4. Specify and structure Bill of Material per process requirement.
5. Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
Results/Output:
- BOM and part data is accurately created and release timely for material purchase and production.
- Authority: Request to immediate supervisor for recruitment when necessary.

1. Graduated University of Engineering
2. Grasp computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
3. Be able to read and written English
4. Preferably 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment
* Job requirements:
1. Having ability to read the documents and the drawing either in Vietnamese or English.
