Mô tả công việc
- Recruitment: preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, training orientation for new staffs and etc.
- Propose and implement commercial, utilities and rental contracts
- Manage the contracts, agreements, and licenses;
- Submit and handle all cases related to Hygiene and Food Safety of restaurants;
- Work closely with authorities concerned (Fire Fighting, Environment, Labor, Safety food…)
- Communicate with organizations, authorities to deal with jobs related to the responsibility.
- Collect information, research, analyze and give a private opinion to Manager on issues related to the restaurant.
- Jobs related to writing and editing documents such as announcements, emails, menu...
- Support to maintenance equipment, furniture…
- Support projects of the restaurant.
- Coordinate with purchasing staff to categorize working requests from restaurants and implement.
- Other tasks when required by RM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Business level English and Native level Vietnamese
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Positive attitude & a high level of maturity.
- Willing to work in a start-up environment
- Able to accept criticism from others
- 5.5 days per week (Sunday and a half of Saturday are off), able to work from 8:30 to 17:00.
