Mô tả công việc
Key objectives:
• To ensure a smooth operation of DMS system and take a lead in DMS enhancement projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of DMS section and support users (FCV HQ staffs, FCV sales force, distributors) in terms of training, problem resolution and consultation to ensure the delivery of OTIF and high quality service.
• Ensure all DMS issues are recorded into Helpdesk system (GLPI, Mantis) completely, and follow up with internal/external parties to solve.
• Provide innovative & workable solutions to a wide range of technical and user problems.
• Understand new requirements from Sales and other stakeholders, then co- operate with NewsPage to develop.
• Maintain business processes and develop user guide for DMS system.
• Supervise and provide technical service on a range of programs and projects for users; serve as program/project manager in DMS enhancement projects.
• Participate in the development of operating goals and objectives for ICT; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations
• Manage a team of DMS officers to deliver on time in full service for stakeholders. Recruit, train, coach and appraise staff according to Company process.

The incumbent must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
- Education: University graduate, IT Background experience (or IT with strong business understanding, business oriented mind-set).
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience in DMS; minimum 1 year at managerial role.
- Skills:
• People management
• Project management
• Service mindset and business oriented
• Analysis skill
• Effectively communication (also fluent English communication & presentation); negotiation/problem
solving
• Have experience in developing procedures, formulating policy, developing and implementing new
strategies and procedures.
