Mô tả công việc
• Assist in making strategic sale proposal, supervise sale target hit
• Within the Organization, the position has primary working relationships with the different departments and constructor.
• Plan Sales strategy on price and product distribution
• Implement and manage working activities of sale department
• Make plan and budget and coordinate open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
• Responsible for general sale target of the department
• Fulfill sales and marketing reporting functions as requested
• Manage all real estate purchase contracts.
• Responsible for ensuring all transactions contain the necessary paperwork required by the real estate offices and state’ Real Estate Commission.
• Operate business in local market to distribute product, real estate service of company in different phases
• Cooperate with Sales teams (between Hong Kong and Vietnam team) to perform large-scale distribution program
• Set up and manage sale campaigns as assigned
• Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, employ, training and managing staff
• Perform administrative duties and issue supplies or equipment when needed.
• Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry
• Inspect, supervise, direct transaction management of administration staff
• Give solution to deal with customers complaints
• Implement other duties assigned by line managers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Foreign language proficiency, especially in English or Chinese for real estate field
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Relevant experience in similar position for real estate companies;
• Good knowledge of real estate market, finance, business administration...
• Energetic, Creativity, logical thinking, good vision and good communication skill
• Good presentation skills, excellent negotiation skills, ability of plan making
