We are looking for 2 District Maintenance Supervisor working in California Fitness and Yoga Clubs: Dist.5/Binh Tan Dist. and Dist.11/Dist.7
FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
- Responsible for meeting club facility standards through the organization, reporting and repair of urgent and scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure a clean, safe and convenient services to all who use our facilities.
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily checklist to update and manage Maintenance Log to ensure that both urgent and scheduled repairs are completed on time, within defined budgets and meet company quality standards
- Follow up and do maintenance job with periodic is 1 month or 3 month as maintenance schedule.
- Monitor work progress and contractors' performance as directed
- Check and update into electric & water record and report to supervisor.
- Training about turn on/off electric system, HVAC system.
- Training procedure about moving equipment in/out and service skill.
- Irregular working hour is required from time to time.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
- Maintenance - 85% : Achieve a minimum of 85% in facility maintenance report/audit.
- Budget: within approved budget.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 03 years working and management experience in maintenance field.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of ventilation, air-conditioning system, sauna & steam and fitness equipment are preferred.
- English speaking and solid knowledge in electrical industry would be a great advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.
- Ability to use common tools.
- Minimum 03 years working and management experience in maintenance field.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of ventilation, air-conditioning system, sauna & steam and fitness equipment are preferred.
- English speaking and solid knowledge in electrical industry would be a great advantage.
