[District 7] Sales Assistant/ Sales Admin

A Leading Manufacturing Company specialization in garment field:
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Taking care of clients, Suggesting new product, Check the product – such as Production control & QA /QC (sometimes)

1. Order Processing
- Ensure on time delivery to meet customers' expectation
- Inform customer delivery quantity, any possibility of good shortage (or excessive quantity)
- Manage documents by processing and filling all related documents pertaining to it to assure good profile well maintained for future reference
- Follow up all activities in team by conduct and support all members when need be to keep workflow smooth
2. Customer Service
- Reply any inquiry from customer
- Build customer service culture and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure in time response to customer on inquiry & order management
- Measure and collect satisfaction from customer every year (quality & delivery)
- Deal with all complaints about shortage or bad quality

Education: College or University graduates
Experience: 1 year at similar level at a manufacturing companies
Skills:
•Good organization and negotiation with internal & external
•Ability to communicate with many people with full of soft skills
•Language: English in business leve
