- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Practice business in accordance with compliance with laws and company regulations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director of manufacturing company/ FMCG.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent health conditions and physical toughness to manage different sales category of staff and customers.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with management board as well as staff, customers.
- Have the skills of aggressive sales attitude and skills, organization oversight, goal setting and execution, accurate internal reporting.
- Experience and ability of control and re-organize the activities of sales channel, distributors to improve effectiveness.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director of manufacturing company/ FMCG.
