[District 1, HCM] Sales & Marketing Manager (Attractive Salary)

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Practice business in accordance with compliance with laws and company regulations.

- Experience and ability of control and re-organize the activities of sales channel, distributors to improve effectiveness
- Ability to organize and utilize the on credit ability, business activities, track records, etc. of customers to execute sales
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive
- Self-consciousness and ability to execute business and to take various alternative measures to achieve
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from to close
- Proven ability to conduct collection of payment, receivables to conclude the business
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with management board as well as staff, customers
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- English language skill (Over TOEIC 730 score)
- Have good logical thinking and output, client-focused

- 13th month salary + Others allowances
