[District 1, HCM] Recruitment and Training Manager

In charge of recruitment (60%) and training (40%), include:
- Manage company's recruitment process
- Recruit high levels, fully in charge of Talent Acquisition cycle
- Market mapping and creating candidates' quality database.
- Develop a training curriculum and annual training plan.
- Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer
- Coordinate in designing & delivering learning solutions to different talent groups.
Develop and manage the Individual Development Plan program, training budget to perform effectively

- Have relevant experience as manager level.
- Have experience in coaching is a plus
- English language skill (Business level)
- Have working experience in global companies and manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
