Distribution Solution Manager

Distribution Solution Manager is responsible for transportation solution based on customer needs, answer to RFQ’s, inquires for specific data from customer, supports pricing decision and presents to customers.

Distribution Operation:
• Elaboration of proposals for clients with focus on distribution solutions:
o Solution development and preparation of distribution concepts especially within tender process
o Evaluation of carriers proposals
o Close cooperation with local teams
• Transport analysis & benchmarking
o Maintenance of Tariff Database to insure competitiveness of proposals regarding pricing, quality
and service
o Support of local teams with tariff analysis, carrier selection and proposal preparation o Analysis of own local distribution concepts
• Transport solution in close cooperation with Distribution team

Distribution Development:
• Profit and loss management of soliton distribution
• Vietnam Transportation Footprint developing
• Build up good relation and service with carriers

Customer Service:
• To liaise with Customers directly as required
• To act in a professional manner at all times with customers
• To manage customer complaints in a manner that provides explanations and puts customer at ease
• Take appropriate corrective action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.

QSHE:
• To observe all company quality & OHS requirements at all times.
• To be aware of the responsibilities of employee’s in relation to OHS.
• To follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company OHS policies and working instructions.
• To report incidents and hazards as per the relevant working instructions.

• Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain or Business
• More than 4 years domestics’ transportation middle level management experience.
• Work under multi-cultural and high pressure working environment
• Time management
• Excellence communication skills
• Good knowledge of using MS Office
• Working environment : Warehouse and office environment
• Honest and compliant
• Minimum 3 years of logistics industry, solution design RFQ response, logistics operation
• Ability to converse in English fluently
• Strong team player and is self-motivated
• Strong analytical ability to process and interpret data
• Communication skills and understanding of customer’s requirements
• Task prioritizing
• Project resource planning
• RFQ reading and interpreting
• Facility layout designing
