Mô tả công việc
- Payroll for agent and outsource of all sales channel: Computation of salary timesheet, incentives for agency/outsource. payment of contest rewards/gifts. Coordinate with related department to check payroll & payment.
- Contest for agent: Run data to update contest regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) to kick off sales team.
- Coordination with external vendors:
Implement & follow up onboard and termination processing for sales team (labour contract, SI, HI, liqudation,…).
- Record & Report: Reports / MIS circulation, updates ---> performance management tools, incentives. Maintain memo for all of above. Maintain records of all spends and payouts. Preparation of regular audits and reports for information storage reasons.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills, experience with quantitative data collection.
