For multinational company we are recruiting for 1 year contract a Senior Project Manager capable to set up from scratch a distribution network in Vietnam
Description
The project manager reporting directly to Vietnam GM and functionally to APAC PM Leader, will be responsible of the following activities:
* design and set up from scratch a distribution multichannel network within 12 month period
* select 3PL companies according to global policies and fitting with local strategy
* create a suitable IT infrastructure, starting from corporate model, capable to cover an end to end solutions
* manages the scope and business requirements including the internal and external stakeholders, maximizing the benefit for the business
* determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure engagine multiple colleagues and partners across the region
* Formulates the Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the staffing of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to use
* Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and benefit, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting
* Collaborates with employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree, 8+ years working experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience within consumers goods or B2C multinationals.
Has a proven track record in setting up from green field distribution networks
Must be fluent in English and available to join the company by 1st August.
