Mô tả công việc

- Build and develop a credible relationship with Affluent Partnership contacts
- Manger and push all activities and performance of Affluent Partnership Account Team Leader
- Identify, secure and deliver opportunities to generate incremental sales volume from partners and other partner contacts
- Ensure complete compliance with partner contract requirements
- Support the Affluent Partnership Sales Center Director in a wide range of strategic projects
- Plan and agree annual marketing budget for use in the delivery of revenue objectives
- Participate in the forecasting and budget task for each partner account ensuring budgets, forecasts and re-forecasts are provided to company timetable and adhere to proper budgeting and business planning processes
- Manage internal relationships with businesses.
- Continually monitor, evaluate & amend plans in the light of performance, business changes and external influences
- Create/Manage a sales funnel of opportunities from start-to-finish and track in Sales force
- Rack & measure customer engagement to improve sales messaging

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*Background

- Bachelor Graduate, major: Business Administration; Economics or relating area
- At least 5+ years’ experiences working in direct sales  of banking products position
- Understanding of banking products & services

*Skills

- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven
- Leadership skills
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
