To ensure the excellent operations and customer service, to develop Distribution service of the Branch
Key Accountabilities:
1. To seek, follow up Sales opportunities & update in system. To manage 5 sales calls/week joined with Sales Team or by yourselves
2. To prepare Scope and Rate for Sales.
3. To ensure the internal operational process standard (OPS)
4. To participate/involve in customer transition and implementation (T&I), customer SOP set-up, Customer Retention Program
5. To manage Service Providers, to research/deploy market’s available and potential distribution sources
6. To manage/take ownership of Department P&L (Profit & Lost)
7. To prepare yearly budget and plan the Department development strategy
8. To actively pursue Personal Development Plan through all required trainings, to archive at least 52hours training hours per year. Set the goal for yourselves and your team.
9. To manage the Department Headcount to ensure the productivity. To plan for growing the team.
10. To be ready to take additional tasks per Company’s requirement
11. To be compliant with Company’s policy

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree
- 3-4 years of experience in the same industry
- Good writing and speaking in English
- Advanced MS. Word, Excel, PPT
- Good Presentation Skill
- Leadership Skill
