Distribution Manager

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
• Manage the daily delivery activities of the Distribution Group
• Analyze and take action to bring good quality service to existing customers
• Provide improved actions to minimize costs.
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:
1/ Maintain and develop the quality of service provided to customers
- Build and deploy service solutions provided to customers (including overseas cooperation activities)
- Supervise the company's services to provide customers and taking assessment services that are provided to customers. Coordinate with customers and related departments in the company to ensure the progress of delivery cargoes for customers.
- Direct guide the preparation of payment records to pay customers. Collate, cross-check payment records (sales and costs). Guidance for preparation of debt notification for customers and cross-checking with accounting data from contractors for used services
- Develop culture and service quality. Plan, organize and target high-yield and efficient transportation services.

2/ Manage contractors, suppliers
- Ensure the standard services that the contractor provides to the company with the lowest cost and highest efficiency
- Ensure the quantity and quality requirements of the means of transport for the purpose of delivery on time
- Ensure the transport standards to achieve the best quality of transport service

Experience:
- Have at least 3 years experiences in inland transportation, especially with experience in retailing and legal regulations on the circulation of goods in the market
- Experience in Logistics is an advantage
- Good understanding of settlement procedures with customers and suppliers
