* Main Purpose of Job:
The Distribution Center Supervisor has the responsibility for the day-to-day management of all tasks relevant within the Distribution Center. This includes management of staff, 3rd party resources, transportation, inventory, warehouse facility, EHS to ensure that dispatch and goods receipt activities are optimally planned and executed.
* Main Responsibilities:
- To managing Warehouse & Distribution operation, Transportation to assure that delivery and stock movement of products or materials is arranged, executed in timely manner properly with sufficient resources and in effective cost to meet highest customer and business need.
- Assure and maintain hygiene and safe working environment (EHS) at DC sites. Manage and monitoring that safety and environment standards are in place for any of warehousing and distribution activities to provide a safe working environment driving towards effective operation
- Ensure the transaction record into system by 100 % SOP compliance to meet target of Well Control of Internal Control requirements.
- Be continuous improve individual job skills and contribute to leading team building, training course for team member, 3PLs team members

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations and distribution center
- At least 1 years exposure to sophisticated ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong ability to multi-task by managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- English oral and written communication influence
- Experience in implementing best practice in a warehouse
- Experience in preparing and reporting on warehouse operation KPI’s
