Mô tả công việc
- Set adequate target values for warehousing service and cost KPIs, and keep tracked KPIs close to the target values by:
+ Supporting Logistics service and productivity levels
+ Ensuring key performance measures are maintained
+ Focusing on problem solving skills
+ Managing labor and equipment utilization
+ Ensuring the premises are hygienic and sustainable
+ Creates safety awareness and compliance
- Drive/Support cost saving initiatives to improve performance and cost of the warehouse operation.
- Influence Distribution Management and Customer Service in order to continuously improve service and cost through:
+ Regular communication that will keep customers and CS updated to manage proactively
+ Collaboration with Customer Service, Production and Transport to ensure customer service level, freshness and avoidance of bad goods
- Oversees co-packing activities
- Motivates 5S, and nurtures refusals & disposals
- Oversees Security and Occupational health.
- Training, constant engagement, and motivation of the team. Assists Goal Alignment implementation and maintain operational reviews.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a leadership role at market/ business level in warehouse management.
- Relevant operational experience at market/business level in the following areas is beneficial:
+ Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Transportation
+ Sales
+ Technical
+ Finance
