Mô tả công việc
WORK LOCATION: Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh (Transportation: self-provide)
1. WH operation management:
A. Inbound / Outbound control:
- Working with customers to prepare inbound / Out bound planning.
- Arrange manpower to end sure as Inbound / Out bound planning.
- Training for manpower full understand that: unloading cargos, reports..
- Receiving and delivery cargos to customers and supplier.
- Damage box control, POD control to end sure payment process.
B. Inventory Control:
- Fixed cycle count schedule (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- End sure that all products in WH mat between physical and system.
- Update correct data inventory per each customer, find the roof of cause issue (if any)
C. Training to WH staff
- S.O.P prepare for each customer
- Give training for WH staff before and during working time.
- End sure materials flow for all customers storage in WH
- Safety training and fire fighting prevent training
- Control productivity of WH staff and O.S workers
2. Cost management
- Cross check all customers data and debit note monthly
- Clear pending payment if have any
- Support for WH officer to make sure that all debit note is correct
- Remind to customer to follow payment schedule
- Saving cost as much as during working time
3. Customer Service:
- Maintenance relationship with customer to sales more volume
- Solve issue when have trouble raising
- Support for customer request to work closely
4. Sales project :
- Survey demand information on the Logistics market to sales more project
- Base on customer demand to prepare WH quotation
- Service for customer requirement if have any
- Report to KR Manager situation of new project

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree relating logistics, warehouse or related fields
- Well-understood about Logistics, Supply Chain Management in 3PL
- Having at least 01 year experience as a warehouse supervisor in dynamic and high demanding environment. Candidates having experience working at large logistics companies is preferable.
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
- Hard-working, honest, high sense of responsible and teamwork
- Willing to work overtime, weekend, month-end (holiday)
