Mô tả công việc
1. Assist Sales Manager in administration work of health insurance
2. Liaise, support, and preparing the quotation for agents/brokers
3. Provide training for agents/brokers about procedure and quoting
4. Handling other inquiries from agents/brokers
5. Process data and draw up sales reports
6. Take care of renewal policies of leaving agents;
7. Handling sales inquiry to assign to sales agent
8. Preparing various status reports as assigned by Sales Manager
9. CRM monitoring and administration
10. Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University;
• 2-year-experience in Life Insurance, Banking or financial service;
• Negotiation skill;
• Problem solving skill;
• Presentation skill;
• Training, coaching and monitoring skills;
• Communication skill (both writing and speaking) in English and Vietnamese;
• Passionate salesperson;
• Team-work;
