Key Responsibilities:
The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for defining and executing the country commercial strategy of our distribution, for both IT market and Electrical market, with the full portfolio of Schneider Electric.
On top of driving majors plans and actions to ensure a solid market coverage (Location, segment, channel,…) for each of our offer (Products, Solutions, Services and Software) to gain market share in Vietnam, he/she will also be in charge of developing new business models, launching new offer and define and deploy innovative initiatives to drive the business.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Grow Schneider Electric Market Share and turnover in Vietnam and ensure the highest level of distributors satisfaction
Owns and executes the local distribution strategy and programs for Secure Power division
Platform our business vs the market, establish optimal market coverage and strategy to saturate our Channels with all our offers
Support the distributors to expand their numbers of resellers and to reach new applications either with current distribution network or with new distribution network.
Ensure optimum market coverage, especially in provinces of Vietnam
Further connect with Resellers, System Integrators, Retailers and define programs to further convert them
Build, develop, educate the distribution network for new offer, new solutions, new software, new applications and leverage local and regional support to do so.
Lead the launch of strategic offer through distributors and manage the ramping down / ramping up exercise on their stock.
Drive the sell out of our distributors through specific channel incentive, leveraging allocated MDF funds.
Develop new incentive scheme, bundle programs, channel marketing activities and ensure proper execution and ROI.
Develop Edge solution with our distribution network and with alliances with IT brands.
Report, manage, forecast and support key KPIs like Sell In, Sell Out, inventory, Active Reseller Base,… and be responsible for quarterly distribution review and monthly update.
Monitor and prevent gray by updating or implementing needed rules and tracking process

Education: Bachelors or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
Working Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and experience of distribution landscape with a very strong understanding of the partners’ business, trends, challenges & compliance
Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a partner business and how to develop it
Proven experience to assess business situation, structuring strategic directions according market trends and gaps in organization and investment
Business Understanding: Strong knowledge and experience in the distribution domain, either in IT, or in FMCG companies or similar.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation
Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit
Take initiative and propose solution
Influencing skills in a multicultural environment
Hard on principle, non-compromising, and trustworthy
Working Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
