Display & Performance Marketing Associate

• Responsible for managing big scale digital marketing campaigns that have high technical complexity due to very large numbers of Ads entities that need to be managed;
• Be the main driver of the performance growth and results (i.e. ROI/ROAS/Life Time Value) with end-to-end ownership;
• Oversee and ensure quality of advance statistical analysis done by others;
• Identify optimization opportunities/ growth, and analyzing the impact and effort required;
• Design, plan, and prioritize all the tasks/activities within the managed campaigns;
• Liaise with multiple senior stakeholders from management level for discussion and collaboration, including managing expectations from multiple conflicting stakeholders;
• Be the mentor to guide and develop more junior team members (i.e. Analysts) on technical matters;
• Mature enough to manage smaller marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered;
• Proactively drive collaboration with various internal departments as well as external digital marketing vendors for delivering campaign performance;
• Capable of leading and managing projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team.

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in performance-based digital marketing, as well as account and client management experience; depending on the scope of digital marketing handled;
• Hands-on experience in digital campaign planning, execution and monitoring in Google Display Network and/or Facebook Network;
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem solving skills to deliver data-driven insights;
• Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence.
