Mô tả công việc
Working place: Tan Thuan Dong, District 7, HCMC
• Arrange and follow all the trucks according to the delivery plan from Customer Services team
• Make unloading orders for cylinders/bulk logistics
• Plan daily deliveries with Internal Drivers & Transporters
• Control and make sure that, received enough empty cylinders from customer.
• Create all loading order for company product integrated with SAP process
• Work with Depot and Customer Services team to ensure all deliveries smoothly
• To backup in team when required
• Weekly, Monthly reports will be sent to her hierarchy
• Make unloading orders for cylinders/bulk logistics.
• Ensure the procedure of correction and cancellation orders
Delivery management:
• GPS/OBC (an transport management system) data management.
• Ensure the policies are enforced (night driving, leave requests,…)
• Plan and monitor rounds in compliance with Branch standards and PATROM rules.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College/ University graduate
• Has 1 year experience in the same position, prefer from similar industry
• English communication
• Good interpersonal skills (team work, hardworking, analyst skills)
• Careful, hardworking, team work and proactive
• Ability to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point is must.
