Mô tả công việc
1. Assure the shipping planning follows Delivery Plan
*Daily check the available stock of finish good to assure the shipping planned
*Coordinate with production planner and Logistics & (Finance) Controlling departments for reaction in term of change
*Coordinate with warehouse team to make sure the pick up of finished good on time
*Take care of dispatch documents
*Provide dispatch information upon on request
*Report for shipping activities
2. Communicate with countries for on time releasing of sale order and escalate to SD KU / ICO if any issue
3. Monitor and take action to reach the KPI of Delivery Performance
4. Initiative for improvement idea
5. Others tasks assigned by supervisor

1. Education
- University degree (commercial background)
- Logistic supply chain is a plus
- Knowledge about import-export is an advantage
2. Work experience
- Excel knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- 1-2 year working experience
3. Trait and skill
- Result-oriented
- Process management
- Responsible
- Good at cooperation, communication & presentation
- Open to learn new things
- Good at English
