Mô tả công việc
The job holder not only plays as a checker role in disbursement and collection process but also assists Division Head to manage team performance. His/her key accountabilities are as follows:
• Acting as a Checker role for: a. disbursing and uploading repayment loan from customers; b. working with Business partners’ staff to match and sort out discrepancy (if any) to ensure the accuracy and meeting turn-around-time (TAT); c. uploading repayment 11 partners; d. playing as checker role for loan maintenance processing (Reversal cheque, Early termination, Refund excess money to customer’s account, Rescheduling for Home loan…)
• Managing daily transactions of Disbursal & Repayment Unit;
• Ensuring all processing loan maintenances in line with company’s guideline;
• Preparing required periodic and Ad-hoc reports;
• Assisting Division Head to manage team performance;
• Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager/Head of Operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education Background:
- University graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration);
- Good command of English and Vietnamese;
- Familiar with financial service software and reporting system.
2. No. of years of experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in collection and / or disbursement areas in financial services companies;
- Proven experience in administration, business operations;
- Knowledge of Auditing, Accounting;
- MS Office skills;
- Communication/ negotiation skill, Team work, good time management skill.
