You will manage a complex service business through leadership and development of a local organization comprising of Service Delivery teams, Field Engineering, Operations, Service Sales Team and a Customer Service Center. You will create an environment to achieve ultimate customer loyalty to GE Healthcare (GEHC). Provides leadership in setting and achieving assigned goals in the profitable growth, installation, maintenance and repair of GEHC products and the growth of the service contract base.

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include: •Build a scalable and efficient service organization, commercial and service delivery plan which are capable to cater Installed Base & business growth. •P&L management both margin and sales as well as driving growth together with country service sales team •Provide clear strategy and guideline to develop positive customer experience and word-of-mouth. •As a senior member of country leadership team, ensure seamless teamwork between Service and Sales to provide total customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. •Operation excellence for both sales and ops side •Strong pillar and part of country leadership team, franchise. Capable to represent GEHC up to highest level interaction with customers, professional organization and government institutions such as MOH. •Manage service cash, PD for the country •Collaborate with internal stakeholders locally and regionally to lead and drive effective and sustainable change initiatives that improve and grow the business. •Ensure execution of operational priorities and achievement of key metrics by creating operation rigor and disciplines. •Ensure development and implementation of commercial strategies and robust commercial excellence to drive organic growth. •Commit to competency development for the team. Create capability and capacity for a highly productive team. •Team leadership for all services team, sales, ops. And provide personal leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, career development, reward and retention. Ability to develop and engage service team. •Align with regional team to implement strategic initiatives to bring in new service model and framework and improve productivity and efficiency. •Promote a safe working environment, be responsible and drive compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization.

Quality Specific Goals: 1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4.Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. 5.Ensure dispatches are accurate and complete with problem identified, including any impact to the patient, actions taken and tests performed and closed in a timely manner. 6.Follow and comply with existing EHS rules and procedures. Involved in EHS activities and programs on the site (eg training, accident reporting etc.). 7.Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe. 8.Provide an environment where all required elements of maintenance (preventative maintenance, FMI’s dispatches) are completed in the prescribed timeframes.

Qualifications/Requirements
•Degree holder, preferably in business, engineering or a related discipline
•At least 10 years of leadership experience. •Proven experience leading a team (Sales, ops, field), managing customer relationships and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit.
•Growth orientation and strong operational acumen Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives. •Very good interpersonal skills
•Strong horizantal working skills within and outside of services org.
•Understanding market, comptetition Dynamics and CX standards
•Understand both sales and ops Dynamics, able to drive both agenda well with focus to
•Demonstrated ability to work through complexity, provide clear direction, manage stakeholders and make tough business decisions as required
•Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally, including employees, distributors, customers and senior leaders including strong presentation skills and negotiation •Demonstrated tendency to challenge and drive constant improvement in process
•Demonstrated leadership to manage and develop team
•An inclusive leader that builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust
•Willingness to travel locally regularly and internationally as required to meet business and leadership development

Desired Characteristics
•MBA or post-graduate in a related discipline
•Understanding and familiarity with local environment and culture
•fluent native Local language and good understanding of local environment and culture to manage internal/external stakeholders.
•P&L management both margin and sales
•Team leadership for all services team, sales, ops, etc.
•Drive growth together with country service sales team with support from central ~growth team~
•Driving Customer Experience together with his/her operation teams (ASL, SCOL etc)
•Operation excellence for both sales and ops side
