Mô tả công việc
Objective:
The DOSM will responsible for oversee all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities to achieve the business development goal for Student recruitment as well as implementing the long term strategy of the company as assigned by MD to contribute to the development of TMS Education and become the number one Overseas Study Consultancy Company in this field in 2020.
Job Details:
• Oversee and direct all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities including oversee the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan.
• Require direct and routine interaction with Regional Sales and Marketing Department.
• Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, publicity, community relations, etc.
• Create and implement special programs to achieve greater profitability.
• Oversee the development of new marketing strategies.
• Maintain good communication among Departments and implement corporate initiatives.
• Review regularly activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targets and Sales goals are being met.
• Make all the strategy of digital Marketing: Social Media, Fb, Google, etc.
• Evaluate customers, market conditions and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
• Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
• Lead the whole team to provide outstanding services and support to customers and partners to achieve sales and market share targets as assigned by MD;
• Make the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budget and Forecasts.
• Come up with ideas and build student recruitment plans monthly, quarterly and annually;
• Work with the Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.
• Participate in recruit, supervise and develop staffs for high engagement and excellent business results.
• Evaluate the staff performance (KPIs) periodically;
• Coordinate in consulting and giving advice to parents and students desiring to study or immigrate overseas;
• Build strong relationships with local and international agencies, schools, organizations for the recruitment;
• Responsible for implementing marketing programs, seminars, local recruitment events and development programs
• Prepare and plan for annual budget; Liaise with section Managers and relevant staffs to initiate plans;
• Cooperate with departments to develop administer policies and procedures related to administration of the office;
• Perform other tasks as required.

Education background and specialty
- Graduated from an university with Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Priority: Education - Training, Consultancy, Study abroad;
- Understand the demand of studying overseas in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK ... is a plus
- Have good knowledge of the Education systems, visa policies and issues related to employment, immigration and settlement in countries (if any)
Experience
- At least 05 years of experience in which at least 03 years of experience as a team leader in international student recruitment to English speaking countries;
- Have good knowledge of marketing, sales and customer care.
Skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
