1. Oversee and direct all aspects of the Sales and Marketing activities.
2. Plan and develop promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
3. Produce the Annual Business Plans, including Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts…
4. Review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the Resort in the local and national media.
5. Establish specific sales target for each member of Sales & Marketing team, manage and assist them to achieve the target and maximize profit of the Resort.
6. Manage the development of new products and services.
7. Conduct market research, survey, personal investigation and study market place in order to capitalize on the Resort’s strength and competitor’s weakness and capabilities.
8. Have proper proposal to Management Board about new competitive packages/ services to maximize revenue.
9. Enhance the image of the Resort in the local community.
10. Maintain guest satisfaction and handle smoothly guest complaints (if any). Ensure all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
11. Train and evaluate working performance of each member in Sales & Marketing team to have proper plan/ orientation for their development.
12. Implement other tasks assigned by the Management Board

- Hotel Management degree or an acceptable equivalent qualification
- Background at Director of Sales & Marketing position is required (at least 2-year experience in Hotel/ Resort of 5 star properties).
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills.
- Professional and well trained manner.
