Director of Sales & Marketing

- In charge of sales offices in HCM City, Nha Trang City or wherever a direct sales office for the Hotel is set up
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the sales, catering and reservations staffs to maximize rooms and food & beverage revenue
- Monitors current / potential market developments, follows up on sales leads and formulates sound strategies to ensure continuous business growth
- Develop, implement and keep current an annual marketing plan designed to maximize sales and achieve hotel revenue goals
- Establish priorities and objectives for all marketing programs, monitoring progress and adjusting resources as necessary so as to develop marketing leadership and optimal marketing productivity
- Maintain active communication with and build teamwork among sales, catering, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservations and accounting personnel so as to achieve commitment to the overall marketing objectives of the Hotel and their role in achieving them

- BA degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
- Prefer At least 3 experience years working as DOS/DOSM position of 5 star Hotel/Resort
- Fluency in English
