Director of Revenue

1. To develop and be involved over Revenue Management Processes and distribute updates to the revenue management manuals and SOP’s.
2. Review and recommend relevant pricing structures and inventory allocations in cooperation with sales & marketing leaders.
3. Involvement in the pre-opening process in terms of initial Business plan preparation, property IT/distribution build and recruitment.
4. To achieve monthly/yearly room revenue target through effective revenue management strategies.
5. To maximize profitability by achieving a balance of average room rate, occupancy resulting in an optimum REVPAR.
6. To improve and maintain room revenue by monitoring and improving distribution and reach together with sales & marketing leaders.
7. To provide effective room revenue strategy when needed.
8. Achieve market segmentation strategies.
9. To build, support and develop the property revenue management/reservation teams.
10. Work with marketing to evolve our distribution and technology platforms.

1. At least 3 years-experience in revenue management leadership.
2. Results oriented, strong people management and leadership skills.
3. Understand all kinds of hotel distribution process such as Web site, booking engine, GDS, CRS, and SEO.
4. Strong in analytical, problem solving skills and execution of work.
5. Strong in inter-personality skill and friendly.
6. Strong English communication skills and computer literate.
