Director Of Operations

The Director of Operations will be initially based at our Corporate Office in Ho Chi Minh City and responsible for the development of operational standards and concepts of this new Mid-Scale Hotel Company. He/she will also be responsible to drive hotel openings and direct existing operations.

Fusion has a range of brands and concepts, and we are currently in the process of launching a new brand in the mid-scale sector. We are more focused on individuals who have worked for multiple International hotel brands.

*** Important requirements for the Director of Operations role are as follows:
- An experienced Area General Manager who has extensive opening experience in Asia, preferably already in Vietnam. A General Manager with previous opening roles will also be considered.
- As General Manager or Area General Manager, you have worked for companies known for innovation and creativity. Someone who thinks “out of their own box and not someone else’s” and has strong operational standards.
- Having operational background in both Food & Beverage and Rooms division will be a big asset.
- We are looking for someone who is a “go getter” and is always excited about developing and setting up new operational concepts.
- “International” Operational experience is required, while previous postings in Asia is a must for this role.
You must also be culturally astute and highly adaptable, as well as technology driven.

*** Mandatory requirements
- Experience in several countries. Asian experience is mandatory.
- Anyone who has worked in only one country will not be considered.
- Highly educated and technology friendly.
- Currently a General Manager or Director of Operations with a major well known 3/4 star brand.
- No job hoppers will be considered.
