* Position Summary

The Director of Marketing and Branding of Ho Tram Project Company LTD. will produce, manage and execute marketing projects and all brand communications as well as integrated campaigns, develop brand presence, track online and conduct analysis for future business and campaigns. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the vision of Ho Tram Project Company LTD.

• Digital Marketing lead:

• To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the hotel’s digital/ online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce and SEO to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
• Maintains brand standards and consistency for the campaign and its collaterals
• Writes, edits and art direct all marketing materials together with appointed marketing agency or in house team.
• To be responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the hotel’s website.
• To work with marketing team to plan and implement all digital marketing campaigns including digital campaign collateral.
• Oversight of marketing agency, manages its database.
• Makes certain areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
• Develop and implement communications strategies and messaging that resonate with customers, the news media and shareholders to promote The Grand Ho Tram Strip.
• Manage key industry communications issues and serve as a liaison with key stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts; produce regular and special reports; maintain required records and files where appropriate
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
• Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives
• Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

• Bachelor degree/Master degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Commerce or Communications.
• A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a management capacity required in one of the following marketing & marketing-related fields: hospitality, sales & marketing, advertising, brand management or communications.
• Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to deal effectively with all business contacts (internally and externally) and manage high-profile relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills a must. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
• Computer experience required including MSWord, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustration (a plus) and Outlook.
• Strong Digital Marketing experience is required (Social Media, Internet Marketing, website)
• Communication marketing experience is an advantageous.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and quality.
• Ability to communicate fluently in primary language (English) of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
• Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong understanding about creative direction, art direction, brand management, corporate identity, communication, traditional advertising, media buy, digital marketing
• Analytical, compliant and ability to lead marketing projects
