Mô tả công việc
• Develop a public relations program for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaise with Marketing in targeting specific markets and develop the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
• Develop media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
• Develop and organize promotional activities, coordinate with departments concerned; invite VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepare and issue press releases
• Establish sales leads from the study of magazines, newspapers and form personal contacts; coordinate sales leads with Banqueting and Sales Departments
• Disseminate corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media
• Maintain good public relations by extending personalized service to VIPs. e.g. following up on reservations for VIPs, assisting in greeting VIPs and groups upon their arrival, sending welcome letter to VIP guests
• Review Public Relations activities regularly to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the local and national media
• Recommend to Director of Sales & Marketing the most productive and effective advertising type by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency
• Organize and promote in cooperation with the Food & Beverage Department special projects to stimulate Food & beverage sales within the community, including, but not limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomic festivities, etc.
• Build profile within local market place through presence at various events and local market place
• Monitor awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
• Work with superior on manpower planning and management needs
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Skills –
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, leadership, organizational and training abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
Qualifications –
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
Experience –
• 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
