Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for administering the Annual Advertising Budget.
• Implement advertisement with approval.
• Be responsible to organize, edit, design and control the entire Hotel collateral and image items.
• Sales & Marketing support to publish editorials efficiency on time.
• Assist with internal photo shooting events and responsible for Hotel’s brand photo library.
• Establish superior relations with guests, government, associates, local community, and media.
• Be responsible for planning, arranging and coordinating Hotel activities.
• Prepare the Monthly Marketing Communications Report to Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Welcome and have photos taken of VIP’s, Celebrities and topics of interest.
• Assure publication of photos of community and media interest.
• Coordinate various Guest Satisfaction surveys and assure management’s response to guest comments whether good or bad.
• Work with Other Travel Players to develop joint product offerings and marketing with other travel players, such as air + hotel city packages (Airlines) and Rent-a-Car Companies, car + hotel, Entertainment + hotel, Sports+ hotel etc. Help build a coalition that relies on unique strengths of each partner that will result in the development of various destination-focused packages.
• Negotiate special deals and cost-sharing arrangements with Credit Card suppliers, Airlines, Car Rental Companies, and Rail and Theater Companies.
• Work with Provincial/City Tourism Department. Promote our Hotel destination as safe and worth visiting and coordinate with Director of Sales & Marketing on joint marketing efforts.
• Supervise our E-Distribution strategy and play a major role in assuring of our properties and book-able websites being representative to help increase occupancy rates, improve the bottom line, open new markets and attract more affluent customers. In charge of assuring that Hotel uses adequate E-Distribution and Web-based applications, E-Marketing channels and tools, and online partnerships.
• Constantly re-evaluate with Director of Sales & Marketing our advertising mix. Re-allocate funds as necessary from more expensive and long-term brand-building media, to more targeted and immediate-result-oriented advertising formats (e.g. precision e-mail marketing, customized messages).
• In charge of general, print, radio and TV advertising and monitor KPI (Key Performance Index) of increasing traffic to brand website and awareness to Hotel’s respective social media channels.
• Help to formulate Direct Mail offers and Precision e-mail marketing offers and direct mail. Supervise a robust online marketing campaign, including precision e-mail marketing, special promotion alerts, weekly e-newsletters, etc.
• Be responsible for supervision and administrating possible outstanding Barter advertising.
• Develop Online Partnership Strategy to widen our online reach and leverage on the distribution power of our partners with non-competing services. Enhance the brand or property online exposure to bring new business to Hotel. Help with partnerships of non-travel entities, local trade associations and organisations. Partnering businesses, special interest clubs and organisations (e.g. theater, Golf Course, Sports Club), and non-profit organisations and charities.
• Maintain Brand Image and Trust.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Must be very organized, able to priorities task. Must have the ability to follow up operational and media requests such as monthly media roster to assure adequate representation in local and international publications.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Tenacious, self-motivated and highly energetic; Strong results orientated disposition
• Excellent command of English & Mandarin reading and writing ability is required; Japanese / Korean is a plus.
• University graduate, with preference given to Marketing Communications
