We are going to open our brand new hotel and looking for a Director of Human Resources position to build up and manage our hotel team.
- Developing and implementing the human resources policies.
- Managing staff performance reviews and employee KPI.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Maintaining staff records.
- Train and manage the HR staffs and the team(including the Training Manager).
- Manage the staff regulations and rules.

Enough experience in human resources field and high motivation to build up the brand new hotel team to open and manage.
- Enough working experience in Human Resources field.
- Director HR or HR Manager experience.
- Having experience worked in Hotel is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Experience in HR planning, recruiting, training.
- Experience in KPI management.
- Understand the public law, regulations and policies.
- Handle, control and update the Internal Labour Regulations and Standard Policies.
