• Responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, fine tune our Preventive Maintenance plan and ensure it is being proactively performed.
• Work with Design and Construction team, engineers, regarding renovations & Property Improvement Plan; contact contractors for bids and meet with appropriate construction supervisors
• Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department
• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Asian Experience preferable
• Fluent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Hands on leadership with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
• Good communication among the Team, ability to listen before making sharp decision
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
• A motivator & self-starter
• Ability to turn things around in a challenging environment
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
