Oversee the daily operation of the Engineering Department while being in charge in maintaining quality and functioning facilities, equipment and machineries throughout the resort complex to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
Highlight of job description:
- To ensure that the Hotel’s facilities, equipment, tools and devices are well operational and properly maintained.
- Supporting other departments in activities relating to engineering and maintenance.
- Giving advice to ensure that any purchase or repair of hotel’s facilities, equipment and tools are cost efficient and safe for using.
- Ensuring that hotel’s operation is strictly bound to Vietnamese Laws on environmental protection, construction and regulations on safety. This includes but not limits to updating GM and relevant HODs on laws and regulations, ensuring they are implemented and that required certificate and permits are obtained, e.g. boiler, lifts, walkie-talkie, and environmental protection.
- Conducting training for staff and relevant Department Heads on appropriate operation/utilization of equipment, tools or devices in a safe manner.

Education:
- University degree in Engineering, such as mechanics, electricity or civil construction.
- Minimum 5 year experience at similar positions in international hotels.
Working experience and Skills & Abilities (including language ability):
- Fluent communicating in Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding of hospitality.
- Good using of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, autocad.
- Required soft skills: team work, enthusiasm, time management and organization skills
